All bid items will have 7-digit SAP Material numbers. It is very important to enter this number when you start a requisition because you will both simplify and speed up the process. See the Catalog of Contracts in Outlook's public folders for detailed instructions on how to create a requisition. The prices for many items in the list below are quotes from vendors who traditionally provide us with good prices and service. These items, however, will not have an SAP material number. Enter the fact that it is a price quote in the Item Note field of the SAP requisition process, noting who provided the quote. |
